Bondboy

What is this free swimming worm in my tank. It is kind of like a sperm swimming in the water with a larger front quarter then the rest of its body.

Not like those.

I have this unusual, red organism I’m not able to get any further zoom on, but it’s in clusters of a couple dozen or more out of the substrate and when it’s disturbed or spooked it tucks in under the substrate again I’m not sure what it is I would rather find out what it is before people say how to treat it I am posting a video with this. Well I’m trying to get video to load but everything is too big I guess.
