So I should still soak his food then feed it to him

I been feeding my betta wet pallets and not dry for awhile now to prevent bloating and stuff like that but if there mold in the filter I don’t wanna soak the food in that water and feed it to him it’s like feeding him mold so should I go back to dry feeding

My snail sadly passed away and I never changed my user

City water I think I live in a apartment and I use the sink water

Since last January I never get green algae just brown algae I was fine with it because as long as my fish is happy and healthy I’m okay with anything

When I cleaned the glad with a paper it turned brown so was the “mold” actually brown algae Glass

My betta is in the tank It’s only him that’s why it looks emptying

The mold is dry and won’t come off with a card

Do I clean the filter with new water or old water

Do I buy a new filter? And how do I get rid of it? And do I throw away the plant?
