  1. Hi all, Im looking into getting some endlers for my 75-gallon, planted tank (java moss, subwassertang, and anubias mostly). I sadly lost many of my fish (silvertip tetras, harlequin rasboras and some forktail rainbowfish) in one of those “oh god oh god!” domino-effect situations when my surge protector randomly broke when I was out of town, turning off my heater, air pump and filter ... for three days. It was heartbreaking. Long story short, now a few weeks later and what has survived is a solid neocaridina shrimp colony and also a good number of panda corydoras and otocinclus. Other than that, it’s a blank slate kinda situation. After hearing Cory talk about endlers in one of his videos, I went down a rabbithole and I love the idea of trying my hand at some Class N endlers. Cory also mentioned, though, that certain fish in a community tank would generally curb their population growth. My issue is how to balance that with keeping my adult shrimp generally happy. My question for you guys is what tank mates I could get that would help keep the endler population in check eating most of the young fry but that wouldn’t harass my adult shrimp to the point that they would always be hiding. Any ideas? I realize that I could sell or give them away from time to time, but i'm hoping to do that less often with the fry that survive ... rather than having to coordinate rehoming tons of fish every month. If there was a way I could similate nature a little bit in my tank that would be ideal. Looking online I’ve hearing maybe zebra danios, honey gouramis, medium tetras (I loved my silvertips!) and maybe a medium rasbora? It's hard to try and plan for generally peaceful fish but that wouldn't harass anything it couldn't outright eat. You know? Do y’all have any experience with this Thanks for any ideas you may have!
