@Colu i am also doing salt in that tank. Unfortunately we do not have a fish vet in our area. I'll see if I can find maracyn2 because it is still eating and very active.

Is this eye too far gone to be saved? I let old tank syndrome get out of control. I'm assuming the high nitrates are the primary reason for this situation. I have gotten nitrates under control and I medicated with api erythromycin. 1 week later and still no changes in the eye. Is there anything else that can be done, or do I just sit back and wait?
