Sexing honey gourami help

Hi I picked up 3 honeys about 14 days ago. Supposed to be 1 male 2 female.

1 is larger about 3cm and has more colour. The other 2 are about 1.5cm.

All fins look the same.

Also the largest has now got black mark in his fin under his belly and on one side of his face.  This has only come up within 2 days.

First pick shows all 3 but not too clear.

Others are bigger one zoomed in

Is this normal or is it poorly.

Any idea on sexing please

Ty for reading

Male and female honey groumis

The female is duller colored with a lateral line

The male is bright yellow and will color up with black throat for mating dress

You look to have 1m  2f but none of the females are  dominate

Ty so much for your reply.  So I don't need to worry about the biggest one.

No, the females might chase each other to decide dominance.

The male might court the dominant female. But with the correct ratio you shouldnt see any aggression unless the female lays eggs.

If you had 2 males, 1 female there might be trouble.

Females are usually bigger BTW
