Galabar
I just set up my dream tank of electric yellow cichlids with a couple of other random mbunas. I've been feeding them sparingly, but yesterday I gave them some frozen brine and they had nice fat tummies this morning. Today, I gave them some Aquarium Co Op freeze dried brine, which my other tanks love. However, the mbunas wouldn't come to the top. They waited for pieces to drift to mid level or lower. There ended up being food at the top for a long time. I tried to get it to sink, but some still remained at the top. They seem to be extremely hungry and will follow me around, but they won't come to the top of the tank to grab food. They'll come right to my finger if I put it up to the tank, but not to the top. Interesting... 🙂 Edited October 24, 2023 by Galabar
TheSwissAquarist
I think the Freeze dried BBS cubes stick to the inside glass.
