Chick-In-Of-TheSea
A few options on what to do with fry are: - Sell at your local fish club - Put a listing on the nextdoor app or an ad in your local newspaper - Go into the buy/sell/trade section here on the forum (I believe a minimum participation requirement is required before you can) - Take to your local fish store for store credit
ApynAquarist
Thanks, I meant to say more about backstory, but the title sums it up. Thanks for the advice, this is in my old house though so I would have to make a trip back there, I have the pet stores number though, so I will see if they will take them. ApynAquarist
I recently moved house, but I have a 5 gallon tank full of platy fry. I have 2 problems. Problem 1 is that they are outgrowing the tank fast. problem 2 is I’m moving so far away that I can’t take them
AllFishNoBrakes
To add to what @Chick-In-Of-TheSea said in the other list, you can also: -Give them away to other fish keepers -Put an ad on Craigslist asking like $1 per Platy’s, and common livebearers in general, have been hard to get rid of in my personal experience.
