I get that it won't be for everyone but I think it will improve the communication at least if they are able to see one another and also make it more popular which should in turn produce more interesting and new guest. 

I often sit and watch Cory's live streams which wouldnt be as fun if there were no video as he is able to add certain visuals and I find it's more personable that way. 

Of course even with video you could still just download or possibly stream just the audio

Daily water change should keep the temp down I'd go for 50% mid-day

I think it would be a cool idea to supply members with a video version of the aquarist podcast ran by randy from aquarium coop.
