[White worms in New Shrimp Tank]

Having a similar issue in my newer QT tank. Have you reached any conclusions?

[Planaria]

I seem to have planaria bloom in a bare qt tank after introducing a couple bristlenose plecos. Should I worry about transfering these fish into my main planted tank knowing there is planaria in the qt tank?
