via a YouTube video, i heard it's good to rotate the cleaning of your filters when running multiple, alternating weeks. I'd try adding some startup bacteria and maybe some filter floss in one of the filters?

When i set up my 20 gallon a couple months back I did a fish in cycle with media from another tank. I did 50% water changes daily for the first week, then slowly backed it down to 20% weekly. i think @KBOzzie59 nailed it with his question too

Thanks for the advice guys. I've only gotten back into the hobby a few months ago and just want to make sure my fish are happy and healthy. 😀

I've found a small diversity of fish that i have now, and plan on keeping more of similar fish in the future. They are spread out between 3 tanks (5, 10 and 20 gallons). I've been debating on getting some of the Xtreme fish food after hearing so much about how good it is, but I'm not sure if there is a 'one size fits all' for my types of fish. Any advice would be helpful. Currently they are getting mostly flake food and bug bites and I'm sure it's not the best option. (occasional frozen blood worms)

It's good to be here! I just found out about the forum...
Maybe Cory should mention it in his videos...

Been an amateur hobbyist for about 5 years with a 10 gallon neon tetra tank and a 2 gallon Betta tank, with junky fake plants. But over the past 4 months I've decided to up my game!
I can't comprehend how many hours I've spent watching (and re-watching) Aquarium Co-Op videos to make it happen. But I'm happy with the results (and of course the sponge filters and the plants)
