[Need help identifying Pleco]

Thanks for all the replies!  Three seems like a general agreement.  Not what I was hoping for, but I knew it was a good possibility.  Luckily I know someone who can handle a fish his size, and he will be  re-homed, probably soon 🙂

Need help identifying Pleco

I just got a Pleco from someone who had to downsize tanks.  They were unsure what type of Pleco it was, but they said it had been the same size for a while (about 7 inches).  I’m really hoping it’s not a common.  if it grows any bigger, I will have to find a new home for it.  Any input would be appreciated!  

I believe the little white specks are some kind of disease.  I’m going to treat him with the aquarium co op med trio (He also looks pretty skinny to me, but I’ll be giving him dedicated algae wafers)
