  1. It doesnt look fuzzy at all.

No signs of stress. Both are very active. Yellow molly actually just gave birth unexpectedly a couple days ago and is much more active now. Both are eating well. No other fish seem to be affected yet.

I live in a rural area, so I have well water and it is very hard. Not sure what the exact level is.

What would I treat this with?

I can't get (original) maracyn anywhere near me.

I do also have some very tiny molly fry and 1 scaleless fish in this tank.

  2. I can't tell if this is bacteria or fungal on my sailfin mollies. The yellow one has a patch on her tail fin and the black one has patches on the side of his face. It doesn't look like ich and it doesn't look fuzzy.

Pictures aren't the greatest and you have to look through the hard water spots on the tank glass.

Tank stats- 20g long, temp- 81°F (thought it was ich, so I was raising the temp), ammonia- 0ppm, nitrites- 0ppm, nitrates- 10ppm.

    Is it bacterial or fungal?

    How do I treat it?

  3. I am not sure what is going on with my tetras fins. These do not look like ich spots. But I don't know what it is.

Can anyone identify it and how do I treat it?

I do have to be cautious with treatment due to having 1 nerite snail, 1 baby pleco, and 1 baby panda cory

  4. I am not sure what type of Parasite it is. I showed a video of my fish to my lfs and it was suggested that he has sunken belly due to a parasite, as he still eats fine. They told me to try expel-p, but I wasn't sure if I could use it while I am using ich-x.

  5. Is the med trio safe for snails, Panda Cory's, and bristlenose plecos?

I have a 20g tall hexagon tank. I have set up my tank and added my fish. Unfortunately I was given really bad info and now my tank is overstocked. all my fish are not doing very well. They are all looking sick. I have lost 3 guppies already.

I did do a fishless cycle prior to adding fish. I am not sure what is going on.

I have 2 lyretail mollies, 2 swordfish, 2 balloon mollies, 3 baby panda cory's, 1 baby bristlenose pleco, 1 red flame dwarf gourami, 1 bumblebee platy, 1 Mickey mouse platy, 4 female guppies, 1 nerite snail, 1 rabbit snail.

    Last parameter check was:

    Ammonia- 0.25ppm

    Nitrites- 0ppm

Nitrates- less than 10ppm, but not quite 0ppm

    PH- 8.2

    Water temp- 82°F

Should I do an overall medication trio?
