Grizzly
My scarlet temple had been growing like wildfire but my issue Is the leaves turn dirty looking and get holes. Do I have a deficiency or could my snails be eating them? At a loss. All my other plants are fine except the leaf from the red melon sword in picture
Koi
It looks like symptoms of potassium deficiency but that would depend on certain factors. What are you tank parameters and what does your dosing look like?

It’s a 75 gallon and dose 8 pumps of easy green on weekend and 4 pumps mid week
Koi
Yea your parameters look ideal, I would up your dose a little more. Unfortunately all those affected leaves will not come back so you could either remove all the tattered leaves or replant the tops. From there, focus on the new growth and see if those leaves start developing holes over time. On the bright side your alternanthera's new growth looks healthy and vibrant so I don't think it will miss a beat once replanted.
