BBQRacer
I placed an order from Aqua Huna and the shipping has been delayed. It will be in transit for ten days. Will the shrimp and snails survive? I'm worried about their wellbeing.
PatrickB
According to Aqua Huna, 14 days in transit for shrimp is no problem. Not sure about snails, but I would imagine they'd be fine as well. I can say their stock is very good quality, and healthy. Chances are you'll be fine.

Ben_RF
I would be interested to know how this goes for you. Also how your customer service experience goes with them if there are any issues.
FriendlyLoach
Depends on what type of snails, but from what I know they are very hardy! My pond snails sometimes cawl out of the tank and I find them later and put them back in the tank and they are fine!
Celly Rasbora
I didn't have delays, but had excellent customer service when I bought from them. Aquarium Co-Op wouldn't hitch their star to their wagon if they didn't.
Dawn T
Just placed my first order with them last night - shrimp and nerites. Hopefully there won't be delays, but I understand the stress factor. I went through the same thing when my plant shipment from Aquarium Co-op was delayed a couple of months ago. A shipment that was supposed to take 3 days took a full week, in cold weather. Ugh. Thankfully, all turned out well with the plants. Hopefully the same holds true for your shipment of shrimp and snails from AH!
