HomerJay Posted March 2, 2021 Share Posted March 2, 2021 I started the med trio yesterday for some new fish in a quarantine tank. As Corey suggests I added all three at once and will wait a week to take them out. After I add the fish to my main tank, should I do a water change in the quarantine tank? CT_ Posted March 2, 2021 Share Posted March 2, 2021 I think they all degrade, or come out in some way at their own rate so it would be very hard to know how much medicine is in there a month from now. If you're going to keep the tank running I think a few large water changes to make sure its out so you can properly re-dose when needed is the way to go.
