Andrew Puhr
Staring at my Co-Op cart and looking for something to feed my livebearer and multi fry? I am not ready to take the plunge on live baby brine yet but was wondering what the benefits are for using Xtreme Nano vs. Co-Op Fry food and vice-versa? Kiddsgames
I have both for my guppy community tank with loaches. I feed the easy fry food more as they are breeding often but they will eat up the nano eagerly as well. If i had to pick one i would get the easy food if i knew fry were coming. I will say that if you overfeed like i do you should anticipate more filter changes. I run prefilters on my HOB and i have to clean them more often when using the easy fry food. MickS77
The fry food varies in size. Some bits like dust, for the newest fry to eat. Nano is a consistent size. Photos are from the coop website. Edited February 10, 2021 by MickS77
WhitecloudDynasty
Nano may be a bit big for new born. The co op fry food should be able to feed new born to adult.
