Is this fin rot?

I have been having problems with my betta, for over a month he has this whitish patch on his fin, an I noticed a small hole yesterday. I tried every available medication in my country? Any idea how to treat this? Thanks in advance.

• pH=7.0
• Nitrates=20ppm
• Hardness=13
• Nitrite=0 
• Ammonia=0
• KH/Buffer=5
• Water Temperature=26 (celcius)

Fin rot start at the  end of the fins not the base what meds have you used

Sechem paraguard, and kanaplex sera baktopur, sera mycopur. Not every medication is available on the market here.

Has it got worse or stayed the same

From the day I noticed it( been a month) the affected area stayed the same, but,  two days ago I noticed that small hole. And it is not just on one side, it is the same on the other side of the fish.

I would try aquarium salt 1 table spoon for 3 gallons for 1week  if you have plants I would treat in sperate tank as meds you tryed had no effect a don't think it's a bacterial infection thats the problem something else is going

Thanks I'll try. The troubling part is, I don't know what caused this, everything seems to be in order. He is not neglected.

I have had illness where I can't find the cause it get frustrateing sometimes

The problem is I can't treat this without knowing what it is. Some people I showed this told it is fin rot, and some people like you told me it is not.

Fin rot does not start at base of the fins it start at the tip and works its way to the base of fins and then the body it's definitely not fin rot
