darkG
Bacteria! Plants doesn't eat a lot of nitrates if they can get ammonia or nitrites. But I suppose that's probably disputed. Water changes is the preferred method to get rid of them nitrates. Edited February 1, 2021 by darkG

darkG
I'd better leave that for experienced people to disentangle. I hope it'll work out for you! Edited February 1, 2021 by darkG

Colu
What I would do is not use your liquid fertilizer for two weeks and retest your water with high levels of nitrate coming from your tap water it might be liquid fertilizer push you nitrate higher couple with high levels in your tap water Edited February 1, 2021 by Colu
Colu
You could put some floating plant in to help bring down nitrates
