So my mbuna saw it had a sunken belly and stringy poo pulled him out and added to my QT tank treated with paracleanse a whole treatment

He still has stringy poo what else could it be I just dosed it with ich x and maracyn what else could it be ? Debating if adding some aquarium salt

The 2 option that come to mind are parasites and constipation. For parasites, you have done everything you can do but wait. (salt is up to you!) For the second possibility here is an article talking about stringy poop and how it is linked to constipation. Hope it helps!
