Adding ferts after a water change

When do you add ferts after a water change?

Personally I add mine the day after. I read somewhere that the water conditioner will remove some of the nutrients in the ferts so waiting 24 hours will make sure the conditioner is fully cycled though the tank and not impacting the ferts in any way. 

What do you guys do?

I do my waterchanges on wednesday or tuesday and then does the ferts on the weekend. There isn't any specific reason on why I do this, its just how I do it.

I do water changes on a Saturday and add ferts immediately after. I also add ferts on Tuesday. And if my water conditioner is removing some of the nutrients in the ferts, i don't notice anything. All my plants are growing well and have no deficiencies. Btw I only use seachem flourish comprehensive and my conditioner is tetra aquasafe plus, in addition to that I'm using tetra easybalance plus during my water changes. I hope that helps
