TheDukeAnumber1
Right off the Co-op store product description... Recommended Dosing Instructions: If your tank has low to medium lighting: Dose 1 pump per 10 gallons once a week. If your tank has medium to high lighting: Dose 1 pump per 10 gallons twice a week.

TheDukeAnumber1
Yes, in my experience with other ferts too much can bring on algae problems. I image way way too much could hurt fish. To much of good thing can be a negative. 1
Brandy
Yes and no. You can create an algae farm eventually, but not to the point you are going to kill your fish unless you are crazy out of control. I have accidentaly doubled a dose. It worked out fine. Alexa
If it were me I would dose 5 pumps, but if the tank is sparsely planted, 4 may be better.
MDoc
Also, much of it depends on your plant load/types of plants. Slow growing things like Anubias won't need as much as fast growing stem plants or whatever. And how much lighting you are providing.
