Administrators Cory Posted July 10, 2020 Administrators Share Posted July 10, 2020 Tore down the 800 gallon and had to cut the background out of the 20 ft roll of background I bought. Turns out they only sent 19 feet. Thanks universlrocks 🥵
Administrators Cory Posted July 10, 2020 Author Administrators Share Posted July 10, 2020 Decorations showed up, better late than never. Some damage on the most expensive one but shouldn’t affect the tank as that will be above the water. Gonna let them sit in the sun/rain for a week to get their shape and get some of the dirt off. Administrators Cory Posted July 10, 2020 Author Administrators Share Posted July 10, 2020 Right after install it was pretty dirty. This is after we washed them with a hose and a brush after a week of rain. Then a few days later with the filtration running.

Dean’s Fishroom
This has cleared up nicely, have you done any water change yet? I’m kind of thinking that we should try the center piece turned around. I was thinking this when you were on with the last live stream. Would have to see it the other way.
Administrators Cory Posted July 12, 2020 Author Administrators Share Posted July 12, 2020 Only the minimal water changes from the auto water changes have gone on so far.
Aquarium Journal
Cory I know that you are not a fan of Universal Rocks. The only other legitimate competitor that I know of is Aquadecor. Besides how expensive Aquadecor is there any other reason you don't use their products? I ask because I am planning on getting a background from Aquadecor.

There's only so many times I'll try to buy something from a company before moving on.

TheDukeAnumber1
I am enjoying watching this come together, the scale that every thing needs to be done at is fun to see. Wondering how much baby brine it takes to give the rummy nose full bellies.

Charlie7842
Frankly, watching to see if I can tell what has changed for this tank during livestreams is one of my favorite weekly things.
Mr. Ed's Aquatics
I've been using it to gauge when things were shot. Newest upload had no plants, but I saw plants on the last members one. Still coming out really cool, can't wait to see the rummynose go in. Definitely my favorite schooling fish, never seen on the scale Cory's planning. That tank stand is so gorgeous too. Would be awesome for a natural Asian themed tank. My kiddo is sooooo excited! Guess she’ll get a tour of our house like Murphy did. ><
