Warrantee for the Nano air pump

I bought an air nano pump from Aquarium Co-Op in Nov and it stopped pumping air yesterday. Is there a warranty for this product?

Whack it a few times. It'll probably start working again. I had this happen a bunch of times after I've powered off then powered on. Something gets stuck but if I hit it into my palm it has always come back on. I have 7 running now.

I think I have ~7 running too. Mine are mostly amazing, and I have only had one have trouble--still runs, but lost power, probably a punctured diaphragm. They have been running continuously since July, mostly. I do just keep a spare on hand, because for this price I don't think they will last forever. Still, sounds like yours has touble, hope you can get that taken care of!

I have purchased a few all work awesome accept I had one that just did want to run well I did the bang trick and it worked a few times but the the last time never brought it back to life. But the others run perfectly just figured I got a dud.

Yep, I got one that I have to smack around a little bit to get it working again. Unfortunately, it stops working again after some time until I hit it again, but yeah I've quite a few spares. The only one that straight up died on me was the one I dropped in the tank.

I got one that stopped working almost immediately after I plugged it in (whacking was not effective unfortunately) but Candi at customer service was super helpful and they sent me a replacement. 😊
