Noticed this today, my gudgeon is angled downwards on the surface of plants, sponge filter, substrate, and not very active. Swim bladder issue?

Parameters are

Amonia, Nitrites, Nitrates: all 0

Water temp : 76 F

GH: 100-200ppm

KH: 50 ppm

Moving it into Q tank in case. I have the med trio and salt on hand.

Any advice would be awesome. Thanks!

Thanks. I accidently posted this twice so there is a photo of it in the other thread.

I've moved him to a QT tank and will add salt
