I just bought 12 or so ghost shrimp for my 29 gallon aquarium. And I hit the jackpot. One of them is the most UNIT of a ghost shrimp I have ever seen! It's almost 2 inches long!20241016_175001.jpg.e6546f230ed30eceb2a6037fede6c1e5.jpg

Along with this, I also got 2 ghost shrimp that are berried!20241016_175036.jpg.5d64d6e52d4f09a6b36e9edf8dd20dc6.jpg

10/10, Best buy of my life!

So, I actually have 3 pregnant females. I currently have them set up in a mesh breeder.20241016_195318.jpg.61ce7115d1f58684d834844b9850c468.jpg

Along with them, my big shrimp is doing well, I named him Franklin. He is the most personable shrimp I have ever seen.20241016_195046.jpg.502fa1662738f6d1667a45a10ce32480.jpg20241016_195114.jpg.c39a8d342b2d0d97dea7cc1d6d4f5c2f.jpg20241016_195126.jpg.eb6aa372f4c56e6ccb0ae0c16f10ab39.jpg20241016_195205.jpg.3b2595f2d47ee51a36072d0fc350ff39.jpg

Pretty sweet

I'd be interested to see if you actually get any babies. Most species of ghost shrimp will not produce live young in freshwater, similar to amanos. There are some that will, though, so you never know!

I was wondering the same thing. I made sure to set them up in a breeding net basket to see if I can get them to give birth. If they do, I may have to set them up their own tank!
