PaleoShrimp
My top bucket list plant is Hygrophila Pinnatifida. I think it’s one of the coolest aquarium plants I’ve ever seen. I’m wondering if anyone here has tried growing it in a low-tech setup. I’ve never tried running CO2 before and I’m wondering if I’ll have to learn how to do that in order to have this plant. MrGibson
I had it going in a walstad tank and it grew but pretty slowly. It definitely got outcompeted by other plants more suited to my tank at the time. I say give it a shot and see how it goes, and if it doesn’t work out maybe start looking into co2 if that’s a route you wanna go down. I just started co2 recently and I’m a fan. TAB
It can be done, but it will never thrive. It really needs light ferts and co2
