Lighting question

I have a Planted Marineland 75 gal aquarium. I recently purchased a 46.5 " Finnex 24/7. I have it set on the preset 24/7 setting. Can anyone tell me what this setting is considered for light, low- medium or high.

I do not run Co2, I do dose with Easy Carbon, 7 squirts every other day, Easy Green, 7 squirts on Mondays and Thursdays, I also use Co-Op root tabs. Plants include Anubis (Coffeefolia, Barteri,Nangi) Java fern (Windelov,Thin Leaf, Regular), Jungle Val, Reg Val, Dwarf Sag, Swords (Amazon, Red Melon, Red Flame), Crypts (Wendtii Red), Banana Plant, Red Dwarf Lily, Java Moss, Spiralis, Water Sprite, Asian fern and African fern, and a couple others I am unsure of names maybe more Crypts or Aponogeton ulvaceus.

Some (most) are doing great, others are alive, but don't seem to grow at all.

Hello there! I have a few finnex light fixtures That specific setting covers all the light modes. It will go from low to medium to high light throughout the day. Now just because it is high light at one point doesn't mean it's actually high light. That term I think means what consistent amount of light you have going on the tank at all times.

Hopefully that makes sense?

And as much as I would love to have my aquarium lights on 24/7 I have always had a bad algae outbreak using that mode. No matter what I'd do it always got unmanageable for me...

Thank you, It kinda does make sense. I had a bad outbreak of BBA when I 1st got the light. spot treated with hydrogen peroxide a couple of times, got a Siamese algae eater and started using the Easy Green and Easy Carbon on a regular basis and it is almost all gone. I also have alot of help from 2 nerite snails, a mystery snail, some hitchhiker bladder snails,( I was removing them by the dozens then I started feeding slightly less and they seem to be holding their own) 2 albino plecos and shrimp(Cherry and Amano) I have intended to do my own settings to the light, but not really knowing what is best and putting it off, well I just thought I would try to work with it and see what happens. I have had to put some of the plants labeled low light under some others to give them more shade. definitely a work in progress.
