It happens all the time I just didn’t want the folks who help in the disease section to not see it. Good luck with your guy. For any body fungus or issues I use kanaplax and jungle fungus fizz tabs with my pleco with a pinch of salt. They never seem phased by those meds and it works like a charm for me. Do a partial tom n vacuum Do you have an ammonia test kit pleco can be messy fish and need a lot of filtration one of my 6in bristlenose pleco produces more waste then 15 of my tetras what are you feeding and how often what filtration are you use how often are you doing water changes do you add a water dechlorinator as high levels of ammonia or chlorine can cause over production of the slime coat Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
