Community flake food suggestions

I'm getting to the bottom of my 7 oz TetraMin flake food (which I've always used).  About $8-$9 for 7oz at Petco ($1.29/oz).

I'm wondering if it's time to upgrade.  I'm thinking maybe Xtreme Aquatic Community Crave at around $50 for 16 oz on Amazon ($3.13/oz).

Any other suggestions?  What do folks use for their community flake?

I’m not a big flake fan. When I do use flake I get Xtreme krill or spirulina from coop. I tried crave. It was a bust with my fish I threw it out. I also really like Kens fish flake. Kens is top quality at low prices. They focus on selling to breeders but you can get smaller quantities if you pay shipping

quite a few good ones out there, but if you want just one, it is hard to go wrong with tetramin.

I like xtreme krill flakes.  Not cheap but it is a good product.  I got some bug bites based on recommendation on this forum recently and the fish seem to like it.

I would recommend at least checking out Aqueon's newer Nutrinsect line of foods.  There's a variety of "pros" for the food and ultimately it's seems to be a very affordable food with good ingredients.  It is one I plan to purchase extremely soon.

Extreme Krill, but IMO it's a bit overpriced. If you're just looking for a floating food, then I also like crushing up Bug Bites into a finer powder. That seems to float quite well but also have the larger pieces sink, which tends to serve as a community food a bit better if you have fish feeding from the middle or bottom part of the water column.

For flakes, I use Tropical krill flakes and insect menu and happy with both options
