beastie
Hello. So for three weeks now I have three paramecium cultures started from a lab culture. I feed it a smidge of yeast every 5 or so days and the water is mostly clear, stuff floats in it, stuff is present on the bottom. If I feed it, it will be milky. I do not want to overfeed. It is my first paramecium culture so I have no idea what to do, how to collect. I do not have a mesh that I could use and I just tested NO2 and the culture has very high NO2 concentration. What should I do now?
Rube_Goldfish
I think this video by @Lowells Fish Lab is a very clear, knowledgeable presentation: https://m.youtube.com/watch?v=hJitmMCiHdE&pp=ygUcTG93ZWxsJ3MgZmlzaCBsYWIgcGFyYW1lY2l1bQ%3D%3D
