eggs on anacharis leaves

Are these snail eggs? There are 2 bunches like this on the same anacharis plant.

Yes. Those are either bladder, ramshorn or pond snail eggs.

Oh! How can I tell if they are freshly laid, or overlooked from rinsing post-RR soak? We soaked 1.5 hrs, this time. I assume these might make it since we didn't go the full 12 hrs

You can’t tell unless it’s under a microscope. Just remove them. The entire sac will easily come off.

I was too late, the fish ate the eggs. 😂
