Safety issue with Gorilla polyurethane glue.

Last month I made some caves, below are the pictures:

What is great about polyurethane glue, you can mix it with moist sand and mold it into object such as the above caves. Very easy to do. 

If concerned with safety issue with fully cured polyurethane glue, I would suggest a 2 step process. First make the object just using sand & glue. After it has cured, cover the entire object with silicone sealant then pack whatever subtrate you are using around it. So now the  polyurethane glue is sealed up and the object is covered with the substrate ie: like the above caves. 

Thats a win-win for me.
