Anyone going to the GSAS Picnic?

I know there are quite a few people here who are members of the Greater Seattle Aquarium Society (GSAS).

Is anyone else planning on going to the picnic Saturday?

I'll be going and figure it would be interesting to put a face with a username

It was good. I got some hornwort, guppy grass, and big water lettuce. There was a Hikari rep there giving out samples. He tried guessing what type of fish I keep based on the samples I chose. His first guess was "basic fish keeper" which seemed a bit offensive. It took him a while to guess killifish. Not sure if it's new or just me to me but there are mini viber bites and they're just the right size for my killis.

I also got to exchange numbers with some of the Killifish people in the club and potentially schedule a meet up.

I brought some killifish eggs to share with the club photographer and someone else who ended up not coming because he was sick.

I was a bit bummed that Cory didn't end up coming but that's understandable.

And my kids got to play on a cool playground with some other little kids from the club.
