Odd Duck Posted July 19 Share Posted July 19 (edited) Not frogbit, pic below shows frogbit with noticeable stems and very thick, spongy leaves that are always very round. I think you have regular (Leona minor) and great duckweed (Spirodela polyrhiza) AKA greater duckweed, duckmeat, common duckmeat, plus other common names. Yes the underside of some leaves are red/purple which I see is characteristic of this species. Was actually wondering if they were red root floaters. Mine definitely don't have prominent stems.
