TishWish
I have had these danios for well over a year. There bellies go up and down in size but this week that are huge...I am under the impression that they are egg scatterers but I haven't seen anything. I am not trying to breed them and don't care about viable eggs. Just wondering what's going on. My whole tribe (4 tanks) was treated for parasites a few months ago because I had red worms. I used three separate products as directed, at 3 separate times. No signs of parasites on any other critters. thanks for any input
Guppysnail
They look very healthy. With all your inhabitants they are probably eating the eggs or you have all girls so they are reabsorb if the eggs.

Thanks for the feedback and the compliment 😊
Twood
I have not personally bred danios, but I my guess would be that something in the tank is eating the eggs. I've heard that one of the ways to have successful fry is to place the danios in a tank for a few days (preferably with some cover), then remove the adults, and babies may show up in the tank given there is nothing there to predate on them or the eggs.
