I know these are freshwater forums but wanted to see if these work for saltwater, Was gonna by 4. One for fresh one for salt then 2 back ups.

Every heater I get stops working and loses calibration extremely fast. Just looking for something that will actually last more than 3 months

Hey there! Full disclosure, I have not personally used the Co-op heater in a saltwater, but I see no reason why it would not work. I own a few Co-op heaters and have had great success with them in my freshwater tanks. I have thought about getting back into saltwater, and my plan was to use the Co-op heaters. Best of luck!

That might be a @Zenzo or @Cory question... Wondering if they have been tested in higher salinities though. As a former resident of the beachside and still living very close, saltwater hits way different on mechanical things than freshwater over time especially.

Welcome though and best of luck!
