Sharky
I have been using a CO2 bubble diffuser (https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0779Q7WHY/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_asin_title_o04_s00?ie=UTF8&psc=1) for over a week, but it still fills my aquarium with lots of small bubbles, making the water hazy looking. Is this a common result? What is the best way to get my CO2 into the tank without clouding the water?
MickS77
The best way would be to use a CO2 reactor, the bubbles dissolve totally within it.
Sharky
Thanks for your reply. I am using a Fluval 307 do you have a recommendation?
Dandy Pearl
@Sharky A reactor is certainly an option. It depends on how much you don't like the look of the tiny bubbles and if you have space in your filtration system and/or under your tank. Also if you want to maintain it. There are a few videos on YouTube that could help you decide. Good luck with which ever way you go.
Sharky
I looked at the options and decided to try something different. I took the CO2 diffuser being used and placed it under the inlet to the canister filter. It does a better job at making the bubbles much smaller, but the tank isn't crystal clear either.
