Jimmy Cleveland
Can any tell me if these are safe worms/nematodes to feed my puffers they have been in my spring tail colony for a long time they live in water I know some nematodes are safe and some are not even to be around humans about 4 days ago I did start pulling some and adding to a cup with clean water they look just like my nematodes in my tanks but I'm just not sure. The ones in the cup are living just fine in the cup with about 5 inches of water with a thin layer of substrate I been feeding them fish food every 3ed day
Expectorating_Aubergine
Probably? Most nematodes are free living and not parasitic. Unless you can get a look under a microscope, ID can be kinda tricky.
