Lennie
I'm looking for a new daily morning food for my tanks. Currently, NLS Thera A+ is the daily morning food for everyone, and I support their diet with different foods and frozen/dried foods in the evenings. I know that it does not contain any medicine, but I am not sure about the additional garlic content and how suitable that is for daily feeding. I am not sure how common Dainichi foods are in US, and the majority of people are from US here, but has anyone have experience with Dainichi fish foods? I can't decide whether I should order NLS or try Dainichi this time. Or maybe something different? I am planning to get this one for my community tanks. I liked the particle size as rams spit out food a lot if it is big, so I always crush my NLS Thera A+ further for them to eat easier. Ingredient list: Krill meal, kelp, white fish meal, wheat flour, pea protein, spirulina algae, wheat germ, montmorillonite clay, brewer’s yeast, garlic, protease, gum acacia, beta glucan, vitamin and mineral mix*.*Vitamin and Mineral Mix: Vitamin A Acetate, D-Activated Animal-Sterol (D3), DL Alphatocopherol (E), L-ascorbyl-2-polyphosphate (C), B12 Supplement, Choline Chloride, Niacin, Calcium Pantothenate, Riboflavin Supplement, Pyridoxine Hydrochloride (B6), Thiamine Mononitrate, Folic Acid, Menadione Sodium Bisulfite Complex (K), Inositol, Biotin, Cobalt Sulfate, Copper Sulfate, Ferrous Sulfate, Manganese Sulfate, Ethylenediamine Dihydroiodide. Typical analysis: Crude protein min. 41%, Crude fat min. 5%, Crude fiber max. 4%, Moisture max. 9%, Ash max. 9%, Calcium min. 2% and Phosphorus min. 0.7%. Fish I have in my tanks: Angels GBR sterbai cories red lizard whiptails Honey gourami Sparkling gouramis rosy barbs pygmy cories otos L199 rummy nose tetras If you have any good quality food suggestions suitable for daily feeding, I would love to hear some additional opinions. As a disclaimer, we dont have bug bites, and xtreme foods here. Hikari has very limited options, and vibra bites have been out of stock for ages. Thanks in advance! Fish Folk
Sounds / looks like an excellent diet! I use Omega One flakes, Bug Bites flakes, and Hikari frozen foods. Live BBS when available. Tiny nematode worms for fry.
