Shrimp safe medicine for gill flukes.

I have a tank with neocaridina shrimp and fish and the fish have gill flukes.  Is there a safe medication to treat them that won’t harm shrimp and snails?   Or should I move the fish to another tank to treat them?

I can’t move the shrimp, there’s too many and too many babies.

I'd check the label on paracleanse. It should be shrimp safe. 

You should also use aquarium salt.
