Tiger Limia

Hey all, got some tiger limia from the LFS, didn’t notice till recently one seems to have something going on. I don’t know a ton about these fish but was hoping someone could help identify this possible illness so I can treat it effectively. She seems to have some cloudy patches around her back, swims with a heavy waddle and if I’m not mistaken some flickering as well… not the best photos but hopefully it’s enough to identify the cause and prescribe the treatment, any insight helps thanks

Could be the start of columnaris that's a gram negative bacterial infections that spreads more quickly at higher temperatures and can kill your fish anyway from 24hr to 1week depending on the stain the most effective treatment is a combination of kanaplex and jungal fungus clear fizz tabs containing nitrofurazone following this treatment plan

Thank you I have some kana on hand, never heard of the other medicine but I’ll start with the Kana and see if it buys me some time

If your can't get jungal fungus clear fizz tabs you can use  Tetra fungus guard tablets has the same active ingredient nitrofurazone with this treatment plan

Update: I could not find the meds listed so I ran a 5 day treatment of Maracyn and ick x together. I medicated daily after approx a 30% water change.  5 days of this seemed to really clear everything up, the effected female is back to 100% however there is one in there that still has a patch of whatever it is behind the head. My question is, is it safe to continue the daily treatments, the bottle says 5 days so I figured I would ask the professionals… should I continue the treatment?
