BAT Posted January 7, 2023 Share Posted January 7, 2023 Happy New Year Nerms! I need help with my betta Cutie. He is having trouble swimming to the top of the tank - and in general swimming straight. Now he is staying on the bottom of the tank instead of swimming up to top like he usually does. Good news is he is still interested in eating. Background - he had a bad case of fin rot last month that I treated with kanaplex (kanamycin) and maracyn 2 (minocycline). Thoughts? UPDATE - I was reading online and it said that drop in temp can do it. I changed his water and forgot to plug in the heater!!! I have added another heater and will add some warm water to the tank.
