Female labeotropheus fuelliborne

Purchased this female at box store holding. She has 6 babies doing well. Notices spots first on a fry then she started getting around her mouth. Few freckles turned to more. Not sure if I should be concerned or not. Hopefully someone knows what it is. Maybe just normal markings as she gets older. Please let me know what you think.

Unless it’s pitting, I wouldn’t stress. I’ve  seen this before on them.

I too have seen them develop black spots with age. I usually see it on the snow whites of this species, but have also seen it form on the blue and yellow variants

Thanks. Didn't know if I was missing something. She an amazing fish. Never had a fish that changes colors at will, it's the craziest thing to see. Happy she's a pearl color, upset she'll turn camouflage and she can do it at will and often. Thanks again
