RennjiDK Posted December 15, 2022 Posted December 15, 2022 Tank display is 35"L x 9"W x 13"H. With such a long area to work with, and not very much depth or height available, which style of aquascape do you think would work best aesthetically?
Patrick_G Posted December 15, 2022 Posted December 15, 2022 Is it 9” wide including the integrated sump? I don’t think there’s necessarily one best type of scape for a long, low tank. I sort of like long tanks with a planted island on one side and then some negative space along the other. You’ll see this referred to as a triangle scape. Here’s an example from the web. Imagine it with your own planting choices! 2

That’s good, you’ll have a decent amount of space to work with. It’s almost as wide as a 10 gallon. It looks like a great tank. The integrated sump gives you tons of options for media and you can hide the heater too.
