GisheryGoodness
From what I've read after finding these mystery snails can lay unfertilized eggs when they have no mate. Interesting thing is I thought I had a male. Though I didn't really get how to tell the difference anyway so I just chose for myself I guess. So now 'her' name is Rufus. Just to double check that is what these are right, snail eggs or something else.
TheSwissAquarist
Snails can hold sperm from previously mating and can produce fertile eggs with it. @Chick-In-Of-TheSea @Guppysnail

Snails can lay fertilized eggs for months after mating. The snail may have mated in the pet store and is just now laying the eggs. I only had one snail also and I hatched the eggs. Those are indeed mystery snail eggs in your photo @GisheryGoodness Below in my signature line is my mystery snail eggs journal; if you are interested in hatching your eggs. It explains how I did it.

Found that out the hard way with an invasion of assassin snails!
Guppysnail
I bought a new group of magenta mystery snails in early spring. I separated the boys and girls in June or July. Two days ago I found just hatched baby magentas from a clutch one of the girls apparently hid from me. I believe it is 10 months they are reported to be able to store sperm. Even if they have not mated the females can still lay clutches though they will be infertile.
