Low stress alternative to aquarium net that catches water too

Not the best title, because I have no idea what this thing is actually called. But one time I saw a video of a betta breeder taking pictures of they're fish. And to get their fish out of the tank they used what looked like a normal fish but instead of the net part it was thin plastic like a ziplock bag. So it scooped the fish out and some water so it wasn't stressful.

I would really like to know what this thing is called so that I can find one. I usually use my hands so it's not as stressful, but that doesn't work as well in every situation

Oh cool! Nets have definitely damaged my poor betta's fins before. This looks like it would be helpful for catching fry too. I usually scoop them in a cup or jar but this would probably be easier.

I'm a big fan of the small nets marketed for catching shrimp.  The net portion is generally fairly stiff, so it doesn't collapse around the fish (like this one:  https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B087614NSC/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1).

By the way, someone posted about this set a while ago:  https://www.amazon.com/gp/product/B0948ZMFBD/ref=ppx_yo_dt_b_search_asin_title?ie=UTF8&psc=1.  I ordered a set, since the price was right, but I'm not a fan.  The net part is too soft.  I like the small nets that hold their shape.
