Is my Platy paralyzed??

My fish was perfectly healthy this morning and then later in the day found her like this.  She is breathing but seems to struggle to swim.  I’m assuming that she may have hit something causing her to be like this.  Is this something that she can recover from??

What I would do is put her in a breeder box add a small amount of aquarium salt 1 table for 5 gallons that will aid Gill function and add essential electrolytes she could be stunned by swimming into something in the tank and might need some time to recover and I would also add an extra air stone @TMartins
