Froggirl
Spotted these worms in my shrimp / pygmy cory/ rasbora tank today. Are they planaria or something else? I can't really identify the arrow-shaped head but this is as close as I could get with my phone.
RockMongler
Looking at it, it does not have the traditional arrow-head you often see on Planaria flatworms. That makes me think you might have Rhabdocoela Flatworms, which from a quick search are not necessarily hazardous, but are not always pleasant to look at. Rhabdocoela Flatworms was my second guess as well! I'm really hoping it's that and NOT Planaria. Thank you for your input!
