Airpump for a 20G with Ziss filter

As the title says, I always had external Eheim filters in the past. But in the 20G I will be setting up I want to try the Ziss filters I bought a year back. Since its only 1 tank with 1 Ziss filter, what kind of air pump should I be getting? In terms of capacity?

I will be adding a simple sponge filter as well to handle some of the bio load btw.

Edit: this might sound like a dumb question from a noob that never had a tank, but where I come from filtering through air pumps is not common at all. All cartridge sponge filters and external canister filters.

Cheers!

I would use an Ap 100, it has 2 outlets and would run both in our testing.
