Fritz ParaCleanse - lots of different directions

Hi all - I think one of my Platys might have gill flukes. He's been hanging near the surface, breathing fast, and no interest in any kind of food (even frozen baby brine) for the past couple days. His color seems a bit darkened, and gills a bit white. All other fish in the tank seem OK, so this morning I setup my hospital tank and moved him in there, and gave 1 dose of ParaCleanse. 

But now I'm not sure what directions to follow - the packet directions, the coop directions - both found on this page:

How do you use this product?

I would just treat following instructions on the box it can take three full course of treatment 2 weeks apart to treat Gill flukes

How do you use this product? 

With an active infection, use the directions on the box.
